Decisive Data Technology Group is led by Eric Boston, a technology professional with deep experience in business communications, systems management, and customer support. Eric founded DDTG after recognizing a gap in the industry: too many providers offered generic solutions, unclear guidance, and disengaged service.
What makes DDTG different is how it began. Encouraged directly by satisfied clients—some as far away as New York and Georgia—Eric stepped out on his own after repeatedly hearing the same message: “Do your own thing. We’ll support you.” That level of customer trust is rare, and it remains foundational to how DDTG operates.
Known for his candid, straightforward approach, Eric has helped numerous clients navigate complex VoIP challenges, including critical porting situations that placed operations at risk. Clients value his transparency, calm problem-solving, and commitment to delivering service that goes beyond expectations.

Tracie Reed is an executive strategist and operations leader at Decisive Data Technology Group (DDTG), where she oversees operational execution, organizational scale, and long-term service delivery strategy. Her role focuses on aligning people, systems, and processes to ensure DDTG delivers reliable, transparent, and customer-centered managed VoIP services.
With more than two decades of experience spanning operations, technology, research and development, and complex project management, Tracie brings a disciplined, systems-level approach to business operations. She is known for transforming complexity into clear, executable frameworks that support uptime, accountability, and consistent client outcomes.
At DDTG, Tracie applies her background in infrastructure-driven environments to strengthen internal operations, vendor coordination, compliance-aware workflows, and service scalability. Her leadership helps ensure that growth never compromises service quality, responsiveness, or trust.
In addition to her role at DDTG, Tracie has held senior executive positions across transportation, logistics, and innovation-driven organizations, where she led cross-functional teams, managed substantial budgets, and guided long-horizon initiatives requiring regulatory awareness and operational precision. This experience informs of her pragmatic, risk-aware approach to managing business-critical communications systems.
Tracie holds degrees in Biology and Business and a Master of Science in Technology Management. Based in Texas, she supports DDTG’s mission to deliver dependable communications infrastructure backed by disciplined operations and long-term client relationships.
Michael McNew
Field Operations / Partner
Michael “Mike” McNew leads field operations at Decisive Data Technology Group, overseeing on-site deployments, system installations, and technical execution across client environments. He is responsible for ensuring that VoIP systems are implemented accurately, perform as designed, and meet DDTG’s standards for reliability, security, and customer experience.
With more than a decade of hands-on experience in VoIP, network engineering, OSP design, and field service, Mike brings exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline to every project. His background allows him to anticipate issues before they arise and ensure smooth coordination between engineering, operations, and client teams.
Mike previously served as a Senior Engineer at TEKsystems and held field and technical roles with Spectrum VoIP, Edge Communications, and Sprint—experience that gives him a deep, practical understanding of real-world deployments and customer-facing environments.
Mike and DDTG founder Eric Boston first worked together at Spectrum VoIP, forming a professional partnership built on trust, transparency, and shared commitment to quality service. Known for his professionalism, work ethic, and customer-first mindset, Mike is a trusted leader ensuring that DDTG’s solutions work flawlessly in the field.
